Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009 she had won four fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel spent her first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
