Donald Joseph Qualls better known by the DJ Qualls stage title DJ Qualls was born in the USA. He is a producer, actor and model. The actor gained fame following his appearance as a character in Road Trip. Since then DJ Qualls has starred on 20 features such including The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. He has also appeared in over 22 TV shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma that he was diagnosed when he was 14 years old. Qualls is a fighter. He was able to get rid of his cancer within two years. The treatment began so early that it had a severe impact on the body and slowed his growth. Since he grew up in poverty, he wanted to achieve financial stability. He commented, "I've been living so frugal for so many years that I'm in need of to have financial security, otherwise my life will feel out-of-control to me." He thinks back to his early years, and is driven by a desire to take action against the bullying. He says that cruelty breaks his heart. In real life and on film, DJ's character would like to be a father. He admits that Directors do not choose me for those roles. It's great to someday be the parent of his own child, at which point you can spend less time on career and devote it to his son.
